My mission is to help you feel more balanced, understood and fulfilled.

My passions are people and healthcare - so I combined both to follow my dream of becoming a professional Psychotherapist and help to give anyone struggling a personalised set of tools and techniques to understand themselves and move forward

What to expect from therapy

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely natural to feel unsure or nervous at first. Many people worry about what they should say, how therapy works, or whether it will help. There is no right or wrong way to begin.

Our work together usually starts with an initial consultation, giving you the opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions and get a sense of whether I feel like the right fit for you.

Sessions are typically held weekly and last around 50 minutes. During sessions, you’ll be encouraged to talk at your own pace about whatever feels important to you. Some sessions may feel reflective and calm, while others might bring up strong emotions — all of this is a normal part of the therapeutic process.

Therapy is a collaborative process. I won’t tell you what to do or offer quick fixes, but I will support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with care and curiosity. Over time, this can help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a clearer sense of direction.

Everything we discuss is treated as confidential, within professional and ethical guidelines. My aim is to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you feel supported and understood.

Therapy is not about being “fixed”. It’s about understanding yourself more fully, making sense of your experiences, and finding ways forward that feel right for you.
